One of the biggest red flags when hiring is seeing many jobs in a short period of time. If you're switching jobs every 12-18 months, we're not the right fit for you.
I usually understand a lot of the reasons why people snark on twitter - but I'm really baffled that the "we hire people who want to stay in a job for a long time" dude gets talked about _so_ much.
